  11. Institute's first two publications online:

  15. Information and the Potential of Electronic Commmunications_.

  17. *       Mario Morino's address to the Apple "Ties that Bind" conference, 
  18. _Assessment and Evolution of Community Networking_.

  20. The documents are currently available as ASCII text on the WELLgopher, 
  21. under Community, Civic Nets ..., The Morino Institute.  (URL --
